Eqmatrix Solutions is located at B 87, Pragati Parisar. We are right near Karunadham in the Huzur area of Bhopal. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, mostly quiet except for the usual street sounds. We are a small group of people who decided to start this company to handle technical solutions and data stuff. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or modern art. It’s just a regular office where we spend our hours. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how to stay out of each other's way when things get busy. We don't really have a hierarchy here. If someone needs help, they just ask. We spend a lot of time on computers, which can be tiring, so we take breaks when we can. Bhopal has a good pace of life, and we try to stick to that. We don't make big promises or use complicated words to describe our work. We just take on tasks and do our best to complete them. It’s a practical business run by people who live right here in the community. Sometimes the power goes out or the coffee runs out, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a modest way to run a company, but it works for us and the people we help. We just want to do good work and go home.
