At Dev Shriram Nirman Private Limited, we handle various construction projects from our base in Bhopal. Our main office is actually located in Plot No.B 218, specifically in Flat No. G-2 of the Amer Jyoti Apartments. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes, but it works for us. We spend our days looking over building plans and talking to suppliers. Being in the 462016 area keeps us close to the sites we are working on. We aren't a massive firm with a skyscraper office. We’re just a local crew trying to build things right. Sometimes the dust from the sites follows us back to the apartment office. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations here. Most of our work is done with a pen and a calculator on a cluttered desk. We deal with the local permits and the laborers who do the heavy lifting. Bhopal is where we live and where we build, so we take the work seriously. It’s about getting the walls up and making sure the roofs don't leak. We’ve been at it for a bit now, and we’ve learned that straightforward communication works better than any sales pitch. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. If the project gets finished and the client is okay, then we’ve done our part. That’s how we operate every day. It is just basic construction and management.
