We are tucked away at C/12 in Kakda Abhinav Homes, right along the Ayodhya Bypass Road in Bhopal. If you live around here, you know how that road can get. Darshaditya Real Estate Developers Llp is just a group of us trying to put together decent housing projects. Bhopal is a nice city, but the real estate side of things keeps us on our toes. Our office isn’t anything to write home about, just a practical space where we look over maps and plans. We spend a lot of time out at the sites, making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s a lot of coordination with builders and suppliers, which isn’t always easy. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, or supplies are late, but we manage. We aren’t interested in those flashy sales pitches you see on TV. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people living in them. Living and working in the 462021 zip code area means we see our neighbors every day. It’s a community thing for us. We started this Llp because we thought we could do a decent job without making things too complicated. There’s always tea on the stove and someone willing to chat about the latest plot developments. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best. We keep things grounded and just focus on the bricks and mortar.
