We’ve been based out of our spot at Shri Krishnapuram for a while now. Most days here start early with a lot of phone calls about materials and site visits. Being on Hoshangabad Road means it's always busy outside, but we just get on with the work at M.I.G. 51. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we sit down to figure out the next building steps. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and other times we are out in the sun most of the afternoon. People in Bhopal know this area is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with bricks, cement, and local workers every single day. It’s not always smooth sailing, things break or deliveries show up late, but that is just how construction goes. We try to keep things simple. If you walk into Phase 1, you’ll see us there. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting up walls and making sure roofs don't leak. The tea stall nearby gets a lot of business from us because we spend a lot of time talking over plans. It’s a local operation, run by people who live right here in the city. We know the soil and the weather here, which helps when you're trying to build something that actually lasts. It's just us doing our jobs. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the work gets done.
