It’s a simple building, nothing special to look at. Inside, it's just some tables and chairs where we sit and figure out the logistics of getting our organic produce to the markets. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. Usually, it's just one or two of us there, maybe with some mud on our boots from the fields. We focus on organic methods because the soil around here needs a break from the harsh stuff. It takes more work and more time, but we think it's worth it. We don't have a marketing team writing speeches for us. We just know our crops and we know our land. Being right on the main road makes it easy for the local trucks to stop by.
