Bageshwar Dham Sarkar Construction Private Limited

Our office is located in Mahaveer Apartment, right near Sagar College on the Ayodhya By Pass Road. We are in flat F-5 on plot number 21. It’s an apartment-style setup for Bageshwar Dham Sarkar Construction Private Limited. It’s a bit different from having a shop on the ground floor, but it works for us. We have a good view of the traffic on the bypass road from our balcony. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with blueprints and site reports. We do a lot of construction work across the city. Being near the college means there are always students around, which keeps the area feeling busy. We don't have a big staff. It's just a handful of us who handle the planning and the site visits. Sometimes we meet clients here, and other times we just meet them at the construction sites. It’s more convenient that way. The apartment is a bit cramped when we have all the site supervisors in for a meeting. We just pull up extra chairs and make it work. It’s a practical way to run things without wasting money on a big commercial building. We know the security guards and the other residents in the building. It feels like a normal home-office environment. We just keep working on our projects and moving on to the next one. The lift sometimes takes forever to arrive.
