Ashwin Developers Private Limited is based out of House No. 24 in Laxmi Vihar Colony. We are near the Damkheda area, just off the Ayodhya By Pass Road. It’s more of a residential setup than a commercial one. We like it that way because it keeps things quiet when we need to focus on our development plans. The neighborhood is mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside while we’re working on blueprints. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. Our work involves a lot of planning and looking at land. We aren't a huge team. It’s just a few of us who know how to get things done. Most of our meetings happen around a big wooden table that takes up half the main room. We drink a lot of tea while we argue about project timelines. Ayodhya By Pass is a major artery for the city, so we are well-connected to the rest of Bhopal. It’s easy for people to find us once they get into the colony. We don’t have big signs or flashing lights. Just a simple nameplate on the gate. It’s a practical way to run a business without too much overhead. We handle the local paperwork and make sure the construction stays on track. It’s not always smooth, but we manage to get through the week. The fan in the office makes a weird clicking sound.
