Appin Technology

Our place is located near Hakeem Restaurant in M P Nagar. It’s a good landmark because everyone in Bhopal knows where to get good food. Appin Technology is basically a training center where we deal with computers and technical stuff. We have a bunch of systems set up in a couple of rooms. They aren't the latest top-of-the-line machines, but they work fine for what we need to teach. The wiring is a bit messy behind the desks, but that’s just how it goes when you have so many plugs. I spend a lot of time troubleshooting the internet or helping someone with a line of code. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just me and two other guys who know their way around software. Students come in, grab a chair, and start working. Sometimes we stay late because a project is due or someone wants to practice more. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a place to learn skills that might help someone get a job. We drink tea from the shop next door and talk about tech or whatever is happening in the news. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
