Our office for 11Avatar Llp is at House Number E-8/125 in Vikash Kunj, which is in the Trilanga area of Bhopal. It is a residential neighborhood, so it stays quite peaceful most of the time. We didn't want to be in a loud commercial district. Being in Huzur, we are close enough to the main parts of the city but far enough to actually get work done without too many distractions. The house is a standard Bhopal home, and we’ve just converted part of it into our workspace. We have some computers set up and a table where we sit and talk about what needs doing. We are an LLP, so we keep things pretty informal among the partners. There are no bosses in suits barking orders here. We just divide the work and get to it. Sometimes we sit out in the small yard when the weather in Madhya Pradesh isn't too hot. It is a simple setup, really. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people wouldn't even know there is a business running here unless they looked closely at the door. We prefer it that way. It keeps things low-key and honest. We just want to do our work well and enjoy our time while we are at it. It is a good place to be if you like a quiet work life.
