S L Sound

If you walk down Swami Ram Charan Marg towards Bhandari Maholla, you’ll find us at Nimbark Sadan. S L Sound has been here for years. We deal with speakers, amplifiers, and all the wiring that goes with them. The shop is often loud because we have to test the equipment to make sure everything is working right. Sometimes the neighbors complain, but mostly they’re used to it. We have heaps of cables tangled up in the corners. It looks like a mess to an outsider, but I know exactly where everything is. We provide sound for local events and small gatherings around the area. It involves a lot of heavy lifting, moving those big bass boxes around. My back usually aches by the evening. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just come by the shop when they need sound for a party or a function. We also do repairs if a speaker blows out. It’s a lot of soldering and checking connections. It’s a decent living. The building itself is old, but it’s sturdy. We spend our days surrounded by electronics and the hum of machines. It’s not a quiet life, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We just take it one job at a time. The equipment is heavy and the cables are long, but we get the setup ready before the event starts every single time without much fuss.
