Royal Restayrent

We are located on Beawar Road in the Mandal area of Bhilwara. The sign outside says Royal Restayrent, and we have just kept it that way for years. It is a basic place for people who are traveling along the road to stop and get something to eat. We have a few tables inside and the kitchen is right there in the back. It is not a fancy setup at all. We mostly serve tea, snacks, and simple meals to truck drivers and families passing through. The road outside is often under construction or just dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables. We are a small operation, just a few of us doing the cooking and serving. We don't have a menu that changes much. We just stick to what we know how to make well. The chairs are old and the fans make a bit of a clicking sound, but they work fine. We don't have any big advertisements or a website. People usually just see us from the road and decide to pull over. We get up early to start the fire for the morning tea. It is a quiet way of living, mostly just watching the traffic go by and helping out hungry travelers when they stop. We've been here a long time and don't plan on changing much. It’s just how we run things, making sure anyone who stops leaves with a full stomach.
