MANSI RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED is situated at 1-L-1 in the R.C. Vyas Colony in Bhilwara. This is a residential area, so we are surrounded by houses and local families. It’s a very different vibe than being in a commercial district. We like being part of the Bhilwara community. Our building is right there on the corner, and we’ve become a familiar sight to the people who live on this street. We don’t have a massive staff. It’s just a handful of us who handle everything from the front desk to the cleaning. R.C. Vyas Colony is a nice place to walk around in the evenings when it cools down. We spend our days making sure the guest rooms are ready and the water is running. Since we are in a colony, we have to be careful about not making too much noise at night. We don't have a big corporate office in some other city; everything happens right here in 1-L-1. If a guest has a problem, they just come find one of us. We use basic English and talk to people like they are our neighbors. It’s not a complicated business model. We just provide a place for people to stay when they come to Bhilwara for work or to visit family. It’s a steady job and we enjoy the people we meet every day.
