Lexicon Software Pvt. Ltd. is found at 1314 Gandhi Nagar. It is a pretty normal street, and our office is just one of the buildings there. We have been here for some time now. Inside, it is mostly just rows of desks with people staring at their screens. We do software work, which means a lot of typing and a lot of coffee. The office isn't anything you would see in a magazine. It is just a functional space with some old filing cabinets and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. Gandhi Nagar is a nice area to work in because it is relatively calm compared to the city center. We don't really go for the corporate look. There are no fancy signs or polished glass doors here. We just come in, do our work, and head home. Most of our clients find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a dedicated sales team. We just focus on the code and trying to make things work. Sometimes we all go out for lunch at the local spot around the corner. It is a small team and we know each other well. Staying at 1314 Gandhi Nagar has been good for us. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood, and we are happy to keep things that way. It is just a straightforward software job.
