Essar Steel Limited

The Essar Steel Limited office is located over in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, specifically at C-120 in the Subhashnagar area. We are right across from the community hall, which is a really good landmark for people who are trying to find our location for the first time. Bhilwara is well known for all its different industries, and we fit right in with our daily steel work. The Rajasthan sun can be incredibly intense during the summer months, so the building tends to get quite warm by the middle of the afternoon. We have a very simple setup inside the office. There is just enough room for our desks and the many files we need for the daily operations and orders. It is a very straightforward environment to work in. We are not big on formalities or corporate rules here. Most of us have been involved in the steel trade for many years and we just get on with the work that needs to be done. The community hall across the street often has different events or gatherings going on, so there is usually something interesting happening nearby. We use the local shops for our office supplies and our daily lunch. It is a friendly enough neighborhood to be based in. The office is not the kind of place you would ever see in a magazine; it is just a real workspace with some maps on the wall and a lot of paper. We focus on getting the steel orders processed and keeping our clients updated.
