Prem Jain Ispat Udyog

Up here in the Kuber Ind Area at Riico, things stay pretty busy throughout the year. Prem Jain Ispat Udyog is located at Spl-256, which is easy enough to find once you enter the industrial zone. We handle steel work and metal supplies. It’s a loud place most of the time because of the machinery and the trucks coming in and out of the gates. The dust from the road gets into everything, but that’s just how it is in this part of the industrial area. We spend most of our day on the floor checking the inventory. It isn't a clean desk job. We deal with heavy materials, so safety is something we have to watch out for every hour. Some of the guys have been working these machines for many years and they know the sounds of the metal better than anyone. We get orders from all over, but we mostly focus on the jobs that are right in front of us. The weather gets really hot in the summer, making the shed feel like an oven, but the work doesn't stop. We don't have a big sales team or a website that looks professional. Usually, it's just a phone call or someone dropping by the gate to ask about the current prices. We try to keep things moving so nothing sits around in the yard for too long. It’s a straightforward business. We buy, we process, and we sell. That’s the daily routine for us here.
