Assosiated Cement Compney

Assosiated Cement Compney is located in the industrial area over in the Durg district. It’s a big, open space where the wind blows the dust around quite a bit. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time now. The name on the sign is spelled a little funny, but we never got around to changing it. Most of our day is spent dealing with large deliveries and making sure the trucks are loaded up on time. It can get pretty loud with all the heavy engines running, so we usually have to shout to be heard. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. There’s just a small room with a desk and some old filing cabinets where we keep the receipts and delivery notes. The roof leaks a little bit when the monsoon hits hard, but we just put buckets down and keep working through it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. It’s an industrial site, and it looks like one. The guys who work here are local and we all know each other’s families quite well. We just do the work that needs doing and head home when the shift is over. It’s straightforward and honest work without any of the extra stuff you see in big city offices. We usually wrap things up when the sun starts to set and the yard gets a bit quieter.
