Our factory is located at Plot 18 in Vartej, right near the Madhu Silica building. It’s an industrial part of town, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. We work with various chemicals here, so there are many blue drums stacked up in the yard. The building itself is a bit old and has seen better days, but it serves our purpose well enough. We have a small crew that handles the mixing and the loading. It’s a hot place to work, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the tin roof. We usually have a tea break around eleven to get out of the heat for a bit. The office is just a small room at the front with a couple of chairs and a dusty computer. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Most of our day is spent on the shop floor checking the batches. The plumbing is a bit temperamental sometimes, but we manage to fix it ourselves. Vartej is a busy area, and we’ve been part of this community for years. People know us as the place with the large gates near the silica plant. We don't use any high-tech systems, just basic scales and manual labor for most tasks. It is honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't have a website or anything like that, just a phone line.
