Vijay Automation/Vijay Jothi Exports

Our office is tucked away at No: 25 on Duraiswamy Road in T. Nagar. If you know this area, you know how hectic the streets can get with all the shops and people walking around. We have been operating as Vijay Automation and Vijay Jothi Exports from this same spot for a while now. It’s a bit of a double life here because some days we are focused on the automation side of things and other days it is all about the export paperwork and logistics. The space is usually piled up with boxes or different components we are working on. We aren't really the type of place with a big shiny showroom. It is more of a practical working environment where we spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desks trying to coordinate things. T. Nagar is a good place to be located even if the parking is a nightmare most of the time. We have a small team and everyone just chips in where they are needed. One minute we might be looking at a technical problem and the next we are helping load a shipment. It is just how it goes for a small business like ours. We don't have a corporate handbook or a list of fancy slogans. We just try to keep things moving and stay busy. It's hard work but it's what we know.
