We’re over at Mig-49 in Shashtrinagar, not too far from the Jain Derasar on Rajkot Road. Our shop is usually full of cooling units, compressors, and copper piping. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes because there’s always a fridge or a freezer being taken apart or put back together. We’ve been in the refrigeration business for a long time. It’s mostly just us and a few technicians who know their way around a cooling system. Rajkot Road is always busy, and being near the Derasar means we get a lot of foot traffic. We aren't the kind of place with a shiny showroom. Our floor is for working, not for looking pretty. If your cooling unit stops working, we’re the ones people call to get it running again. We spend our days troubleshooting leaks and refilling gas. It’s repetitive work, but we’re used to it. Shashtrinagar is a nice neighborhood to be in. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We don’t have any big marketing plans. Most people find us because their neighbor told them we’re the ones to go to. We just focus on the machines in front of us. Our office is just a small corner with a phone and a chair. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the actual work being done on the shop floor.
