Our shop is situated right near the Kumbharwada Circle on Nari Road. It is a busy spot with trucks and motorcycles constantly passing by, so there is always a bit of noise from the street. We deal with machine tools, which means our hands are almost always covered in a bit of grease or oil. It is just part of the everyday routine here. The workshop is filled with lathes and various tools that have been around for quite a while. We don't have a formal office space; it is just a small desk in the corner where we keep our ledgers and take phone calls. When the machines are all running at once, you have to shout a bit to be heard. We are a small group and we don’t bother with fancy titles or corporate rules. We just show up, see what needs to be machined or fixed, and get to it. Lunch is usually something quick we eat together while the machines are cooling down. The local tea stall is just a short walk away, and that’s where we get our afternoon energy. We don’t do any marketing or social media stuff. Most of our customers are people from the nearby industrial areas who know we’ve been here for years. It is a very grounded way to work. We just focus on the metal and making sure the tools are ready for whoever needs them.
