V. P. Machine Tools

We are situated near Mox Mandir in Bhavnagar. Our workshop has been here for a good many years. We deal with all kinds of machine tools and equipment. It’s a very practical place with concrete floors that have seen better days. There is usually a smell of machine oil and metal in the air, which we don't even notice anymore. We have some heavy machinery that takes up most of the floor space, so you have to be careful where you walk. It’s just a few of us working here at V. P. Machine Tools. We don't have a fancy office or a place for people to sit and wait. Most of our customers are from the local industries around Bhavnagar. They come in, tell us what they need, and we get to work on it. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive, and that’s when things get a bit slow. We usually eat our lunch together on a small bench outside the main door. It’s nice to get a bit of fresh air away from the metal shavings. We aren't trying to be the biggest machine shop in the state. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us with their orders. The area around the mandir is quite nice, and we like the location. It’s simple, honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We hope to stay here for many more years.
