Harihans Food

We are located at No. 20 in Bank Society, which is part of Subhash Nagar. Harihans Food is a small operation that we run from here. It’s a quiet neighborhood, mostly houses and small gardens, so it doesn't feel like a big industrial place. We spend our days preparing food items and getting them ready. The kitchen is the heart of what we do, and it’s usually pretty warm in there with everything going on. We don’t have any big machines; a lot of the work is done by hand, which takes time but it’s the way we like it. The smell of whatever we’re cooking usually drifts out into the street, and sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in to see what’s going on. We’ve been here for several years now and have a steady routine. Every morning starts with checking our supplies and making sure everything is fresh. We don't have a storefront where you can come and sit down; it’s more about the production side of things. Sometimes the packing takes longer than we expect, and we end up working late into the evening. It’s a simple life, focused on making things that people actually want to eat. We don’t use any fancy packaging or have a marketing team. It’s just us in the kitchen, doing the work and making sure the orders go out on time. Subhash Nagar is a nice place to work, away from the heavy city traffic.
