We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time, and it feels like home now. Our business is straightforward. We don't go in for fancy titles or complicated ways of doing things. We just come in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. Being near the hospital means the area is always busy, so there’s never a quiet moment outside our window. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of the fan and someone typing or talking on the phone. We handle our day-to-day tasks without much fuss. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them plainly. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just believe in being here when we say we will be. Sometimes we make mistakes, like everyone else, but we just own up to it and move on. The office has old furniture and a lot of history.
