Patel Telecom

Patel Telecom is a small shop located at 8, Municipal Shopping Center in Khargate. We have been here in this shopping center for quite a while now. It is a busy little spot with people coming and going all day long. We handle various telecom needs for the local people who stop by. Most of our day is spent talking to customers or fixing small issues with phones and connections. It is a small space so things can get a bit cramped when there are more than a few people inside at once. We have posters on the walls and boxes of cables behind the counter. Khargate is a very lively neighborhood to be in. We know many of our regular customers by their names. We do not have a big corporate office or a call center. If you have a problem you just come in and talk to us across the counter. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out but that is just part of life here. We try to keep things simple and honest for everyone. We are not trying to sell anyone things they do not actually need. Usually it is just people needing a quick fix or a simple recharge. We open up early in the morning and stay late enough to catch people on their way home. It is a basic shop that serves the community.
