PARAS MACHINE TOOLS

We operate out of 14/B in the G.I.D.C. Estate over in Vitthalwadi. This part of Udyognagar is full of workshops and small factories, and PARAS MACHINE TOOLS is right in the thick of it. The sound of metal hitting metal is basically the background music for our day. We’ve been here for a long time, and the floor of the shop has the scratches to prove it. It’s a dusty place, as you’d expect from a machine tool business. We don't spend much time cleaning up for show; we just focus on the machines. There are oily rags and tools scattered on the workbenches because someone is always in the middle of a job. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us covered in grease working on a lathe or a drill press. We make things that other people use to build their own products. It’s basic, heavy work. We talk shop and not much else. The estate is a bit old, and the roads could be better, but it’s where we belong. We know our neighbors and we help each other out when a machine breaks down or someone needs a specific wrench. It’s a hard-working atmosphere and we like the honesty of it. We don't bother with fancy offices, just the workshop.
