Down here on Kalidhar Street in Sihor, things move at a steady pace. We are MAHADEV INDUSTRIES, and our workshop is a staple of this little corner of the Bhavnagar district. We have been working with metal and industrial parts for as long as most of us can remember. The air is often thick with the smell of iron and the sound of hammers or presses. It’s an old-school kind of place. We don’t use a lot of high-tech gadgets if a manual tool can do the job just as well. The building itself has seen better days, with some rust on the roof and dust in the corners, but it’s where we get the work done. People in Sihor know us as the place to go when they need something sturdy made. We don't bother with fancy brochures or sales pitches. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, probably busy with a lathe or welding something together. The weather gets pretty intense in this part of Gujarat, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. We are just a group of local guys who take pride in our trade. It isn't always easy, and sometimes the materials are late or the weather is too hot to move, but we keep at it. That is just how it goes at our shop on Kalidhar Street every single day. We like the work we do here and we plan to keep at it for years.
