Our facility for Kharak Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is at Plot No. B/65 in the Gokul Nagar area of Bhavnagar. We are situated near Jadra Road, which is pretty easy to find if you're in that part of town. The building is a functional space where we handle the processing and packaging of various food items. There’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of whatever we happen to be working on that day. It’s a busy environment with people moving between the storage area and the production lines. We try to keep things as clean as possible, but in a food business, it’s a constant battle against the dust and the heat. The staff here is a mix of people from all over Bhavnagar, and some have been with us since we first started. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that; the manager's desk is right there near the main floor so he can see what’s going on. Some days the logistics of getting supplies in and products out can be a real headache, especially with the traffic on Jadra Road. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the work done. It's not a glamorous job, but it's steady and keeps a lot of people employed. We don't spend money on fancy decorations, we just use what we have to keep the business running. Every evening we do a final sweep before locking up the gates for the night.
