We are located right near the Everest Cement Block place, so that is a good landmark to use if you are lost. Our shop is right in the heart of the industrial estate, which is exactly where we need to be. We spend our days working with various machine tools, sharpening things, and making sure the equipment is in good shape. The floors are usually covered in metal shavings and we always have a pot of tea going in the back. It is not a quiet place, but it is a productive one. We have been part of the G.I.D.C. community for a long time and we know most of the other owners around here. We do not spend a lot of money on fancy decorations for the office. We would rather spend that on better tools or maintaining the ones we have. The work we do is very hands-on and practical. If a customer comes in with a problem, we sit down and figure out a way to fix it using what we have in the shop. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy. We are just a group of people who enjoy working with our hands and providing a basic service to the other industries around Chitra. We are usually here from early morning until the work is finished.
