Ideal Diesel Marine

If you head down Kumbharwada Road, you’ll find us near the railway crossing. We are Ideal Diesel Marine, right opposite where Patel Salt is located. The sound of the trains passing by is something you get used to pretty quickly. It is a dusty part of the road, especially when the wind picks up off the salt area. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It is a practical space meant for getting dirty and fixing things. We deal with marine diesel stuff, so there is always a lot of heavy metal and tools laying around. We try to keep things in order, but when you're busy, the floor gets cluttered fast. The location is handy because everyone knows the railway crossing. We don’t do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they saw the sign while waiting for a train to pass or because someone told them we were here. It is a straightforward way of doing things. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the big doors open for a breeze. It is a lot of manual labor, and we don’t mind that at all. It is just how the work gets done at our spot on Kumbharwada Road. We have been here for a while and we know the locals well.
