Bhalala Foods Pvt. Ltd.

We are based out of the Bhalala Industrial Estate on Savarkundla Road. Bhalala Foods Pvt. Ltd. sounds like a big name, but we are really just a group of people working hard in a warehouse. The estate is full of different businesses, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving. We have our own section where we process and pack things. It isn't the most glamorous place to work, but it gets the job done. The floors are hard and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We spend our days making sure the machinery is cleaned and the bags are filled correctly. There is a lot of lifting involved, which keeps us busy. We don't have a big board of directors or anything like that. We just have a manager who works right alongside everyone else. It is a practical environment. Sometimes we have tea breaks together outside when the weather is nice. We focus on the orders we have and try not to get too distracted by other things. Being on Savarkundla Road is handy because it's a main route. We've been here for a few years now and have slowly built up our routine. It's just a regular food business where everyone knows their part. We don't look for praise, we just want to get through the daily pile of work.
