BABA COTTEX LLP

Our business, BABA COTTEX LLP, is based in Botad. We have shop number 15 in the Sidhdhi Vinayak Complex. If you are in the area of Bhavnagar, you might have passed by our building. It is a simple complex with a lot of different traders. We focus on cotton, which is a big deal around here. Our shop is not very large. We have a counter, a couple of chairs, and some samples on the shelves. Most of our work involves talking to the farmers and the buyers who come through Botad. We have been here for quite some time and have seen the market go up and down. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements. We just try to do a fair job every day. The weather here can be quite dry and dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the shop. We know most of the people who work in the Sidhdhi Vinayak Complex, so we often chat with them during the slow hours. It is a very local way of working. We don't use fancy software or high-tech equipment. It is mostly just a ledger and a phone. We like the pace of life in Botad. It is not as rushed as Ahmedabad or Surat. We open the shop in the morning, handle our cotton trades, and go home to our families in the evening. It is a steady, honest way to make a living.
