APOLLO BEVERAGE

APOLLO BEVERAGE is tucked away in Navapara, right near the Kesarbai Masjid and across from Pandya Lakdavala. It’s an interesting part of town because of the wood market nearby. You can often smell the cut wood and hear the saws while we are working on our drinks. We have a small facility where we bottle and manage everything. It’s not a giant factory like the big brands have. It’s a local operation through and through. The area around the mosque is always busy with people coming and going for prayers or for the markets. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking on our street, especially on Fridays. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Usually, we are just busy loading crates onto small trucks or checking the seals on the bottles. It’s a lot of physical work, keeping everything clean and moving. We’ve had some leaky pipes and some broken machines over the years, but we always figure out how to fix them. People in Navapara know us as the beverage folks. We don’t use any big marketing words to describe what we do. We just make drinks and try to get them to the local shops on time. It’s a simple business model. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool and work until the orders are filled. It’s a good spot to be, right in the heart of a working neighborhood like this.
