Sdp Hr Solution is situated in 216 Orion Arcade. Being near the Inox Multiplex means there’s always a lot of foot traffic and noise from the movies. Our office is a simple one. We have a few chairs for people who come in for interviews and a couple of desks for us. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking through piles of resumes. It’s a lot of talking. We try to help people find jobs that actually fit what they can do. It’s not a big corporate firm with glass walls. It’s just us in a shopping complex. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting in the hallway if a big company is hiring. It can get a bit cramped. We don’t use those fancy personality tests; we just sit down and talk to people to see if they’re a good match. The coffee machine in the corner is usually broken, so we go out to the mall kiosks. We’ve seen a lot of people come through here, some nervous and some excited. It’s a good feeling when someone calls back to say they got the job. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a calendar and some notes. It’s a basic setup because we focus on the conversations. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get to work every day.
