We operate out of Bholav Road, which is a busy enough place for the kind of work we do here at Umiya Suppliers. It’s mostly just a lot of loading and unloading trucks throughout the day. We deal with a lot of different supplies, so the inventory is always changing from one week to the next. One day the warehouse is full of one thing, and the next day it’s something completely different. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking delivery notes to make sure the numbers match up properly. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it definitely needs to be done right. The office is small and usually has stacks of paper and folders everywhere. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a couple of us making sure the orders go out to the right places. Sometimes the rain slows things down quite a bit since we have to be extra careful with the loading, but we manage to get through it. People know where to find us on Bholav Road if they need something specific. We don't spend any money on fancy websites or marketing people. We just do the work and try to keep our regular customers happy. It’s a bit dusty and loud with the trucks coming in and out, but that’s just how a supply business works. We’ve been doing this for a long time.
