Shree Ganesh Marble Store

Our place is over at Plot No139 in the G.I.D.C Narmada Nagar Phase 2 area. It is an industrial zone, so it is mostly warehouses and factories around us. We have been operating here for a good amount of time. The yard is usually full of marble slabs. We get them in large batches and then move them around with the crane. It is heavy work. If you come by, you’ll probably see the staff wearing boots and covered in a bit of white dust. That is just how it is when you work with marble all day. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it is just one of us around to show people what is in stock. Some of the marble comes from nearby and some from further away. We have seen all sorts of people come through, from contractors to families trying to fix up their first house. We just show them the pieces we have available. Sometimes the slabs have natural marks or lines that people ask about. We explain that it’s just how the stone comes out of the earth. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoons, making the white stone look very bright. It’s a simple setup. We focus on getting the slabs loaded onto the trucks without any chips or cracks. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it at this same spot for years.
