Jay Mataji Stone Quarry

We have been running this stone quarry in the Jhagadia area for quite some time now. You will find us right on the Main Road, not too far from Mahiji Mathur Street. It is a busy spot in District Bharuch and there is always a lot of dust flying around because of the work we do. My father started this and now we just keep it going as best as we can. We don't have any fancy office or a big reception area with air conditioning. It is mostly just us out there in the yard with the machines. The trucks come in really early in the morning, sometimes even before the sun is fully up. We spend our days cutting through the rock and making sure the sizes are what the local builders need. It is loud and it is hard on the back, but it is honest work. We know most of the people who live around here and they know us by name. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves because calling a specialist takes too long. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just see the sign and come in when they need stones for their houses or walls. We keep things simple and try to finish our work before it gets too dark to see. It is just a regular local business trying to do things the right way.
