Shantiniketan Vidyalaya

Shantiniketan Vidyalaya is located at number 22 in the Bharugupur Society in Bharuch. It’s a bit unusual to have a school inside a residential society, but it works for us. It makes it feel more like a home for the students. Bharuch is an old city with a lot of history near the Narmada River. Our school is just a part of the local neighborhood. We don’t have a massive campus with sports fields. It’s more of a compact building where every room is used for something. We are surrounded by houses, so we have to be careful about being too noisy during the day. The people who live in Bharugupur Society are our neighbors. We don't have a marketing department or any glossy brochures. Most of our students live just a few streets away. It’s a very local thing. We focus on the basic education that kids need to move forward. The classrooms are simple, and we try to keep them cool during the hot Gujarat summers. It’s a lot of hard work keeping a school running in a residential area, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just Shantiniketan Vidyalaya, a small school in a quiet society in Bharuch. We just take it one day at a time and focus on what’s happening inside the classrooms. It’s not fancy, but it is a good place for the kids in our community.
