Model Higher Secondary School

Our school, Model Higher Secondary, is situated in the Birladham area of Kosamba, near Surat. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the city center, which is nice for the students. We’ve been part of this community for quite a while now. The building itself is pretty standard, with several floors for the different classes. Since we handle higher secondary education, we deal with the older students who are getting ready for their big life changes. We spend a lot of time in the office dealing with paperwork and talking to parents about how their kids are doing in their classes. The teachers here are dedicated, but we are all just regular people trying to make a living and help out. We don’t have any polished speeches or big corporate goals. We just want to see the students finish their lessons and pass their tests. The school yard is a place where the kids hang out, and we try to keep it clean, though that’s a constant battle. Sometimes we have school events, but mostly it’s just the daily routine of bells, books, and lectures. It’s a practical place, and we are just here to provide a space for learning in this part of Kosamba. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and the families here. We have a small staff room where we keep our lunch boxes and grade the papers. The windows look out over the area.
