Shailesh Modi

Shailesh Modi is based on the ground floor of the Mody Compound. You will find us on Station Road here in Bharuch. Being on the ground floor is lucky because it stays a little cooler when the sun is hitting the building in the afternoon. The compound itself has been around for a long time and has that old Bharuch feel to it. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular office space with desks and some filing cabinets. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through paperwork. The station road is always busy because of the trains and the people rushing to catch them, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We usually start the day early before the heat gets too bad. We've gotten used to the noise of the traffic over the years. It is a straightforward place to work. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big company from the city. We are just local people doing our jobs in a space that works for us. If you come by, you'll probably see us with a cup of tea or looking over some documents. There is nothing complicated about how we run things. We just keep to our routine and make sure the work gets done. It’s a quiet corner inside a busy part of town.
