Being based in the Gidc District Bharuch means we are surrounded by factories and heavy industry. Eupnoea Technisol Pvt. Ltd. is just one of many units operating in this part of Gujarat. The air usually smells like salt or chemicals depending on which way the wind is blowing. Our building is a standard industrial structure. It’s not new, but it serves the purpose. Inside, it’s mostly just technical equipment and some desks for the admin stuff. We don't really have visitors often because of where we are located. It’s a long drive out here for some. The roads get pretty torn up by the big trucks that pass through Gidc constantly. We just keep our heads down and handle the technical solutions we work on. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and testing. The team is small and everyone knows each other’s names. We don’t bother with fancy titles much. There’s a small break area where we eat lunch. Usually, someone brings homemade food and we all just sit around. It’s quiet inside compared to the noise of the machinery outside. We’ve stayed in Bharuch because it’s where the industry is. It makes sense for the kind of work we do. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We just run the machines and check the data. That’s how we’ve always done it here. It’s a practical way to live and work.
