Sabir Dosani

My name is Sabir Dosani. My place is number 17 in Dreamland Society, which is tucked away on College Lane. It’s right off the old National Highway 8, behind the railway station in Bahruch. Being so close to the station means you can hear the trains sometimes, but you stop noticing after a week or two of working here. It’s a good spot because it’s easy to explain to people where we are. Dreamland Society is a quiet little area compared to the noise of the main road. I’ve been running things from here for a good amount of time. It’s not a large operation. I have a few desks and some shelves for all the documents that tend to pile up over the months. Bahruch is an old city with a lot of history, and working here feels right to me. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy and it stays cool in the summer heat. I don’t believe in having a lot of flash. I just want a place where I can sit down and get the work done without a lot of interruptions. Sometimes neighbors stop by to chat while they’re out on their daily walks. It feels like a real community here. I handle most of the things myself, so if you call or come by, you’re talking to me directly. No middleman or complicated phone menus to deal with. Just a man in his office near the tracks.
