Sai Aim Engineering Works

Down in Phase 2 of the GIDC area, you’ll find us at Plot No 136/1/2. That’s where Sai Aim Engineering Works has its home. The industrial estate is a huge place, and it can be a bit confusing to navigate if you aren't used to it. We’re tucked away in our section, surrounded by other workshops and small factories. It’s a busy environment with a lot of heavy machinery moving around all day long. Our plot isn’t the biggest one in the phase, but we make the most of the space we have. There’s always some project being welded or machined on the floor. We started this place with just a few basic tools and have slowly added more as we went along. It’s not a shiny corporate office; it’s a place where we get our hands dirty and figure out engineering problems. The guys here usually have their own way of doing things, and we don’t mind a bit of clutter as long as the work is accurate. Lunchtime is usually spent sitting on whatever stools or crates are available, just chatting about the day. We don’t bother with big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, look at what needs to be made or fixed, and get to it. If you come by GIDC Phase 2, you’ll see we’re just another hardworking shop trying to stay busy and keep the work moving.
