Rollsmooth Engineering Company

Rollsmooth Engineering Company is located at C-1/282 in the GIDC Phase-II area of Wadhwan City. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s a loud place most days. You can hear metal clanging and engines running from early morning until late evening. Our building is a standard industrial unit. We’ve got the workshop floor on one side and a small partitioned area that serves as our office. It’s dusty, and there’s usually a faint smell of oil or grease in the air, but that’s just the nature of engineering. We don’t have a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, probably holding a wrench or looking over some blueprints on a cluttered desk. We’ve been in Wadhwan City for a good long time. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, and the walls are filled with shelves of tools and spare parts. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t worry much about how things look as long as the machines are running properly and the jobs are getting finished. Lunch is usually eaten quickly at the small table in the corner. We know the other guys in Phase-II, and we sometimes borrow tools from each other. It’s a hard-working environment, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is just a basic shop where we put in the hours and get the work out the door.
