We operate out of Plot Number 1032/7 and 8 in the Panoli GIDC Estate. It’s a big industrial estate, and we’re tucked in among a lot of other chemical and pharma units. The air always has a bit of an industrial smell to it, which you get used to. Our plot has a decent amount of space for the equipment and the storage we need. It’s mostly concrete and metal inside the building. We have a small team of guys who handle the day-to-day operations. It's a lot of manual work, moving drums and checking the gauges on the machines. We wear heavy boots because the floor can get slippery if we're cleaning things down. There’s a small cabin in the corner where the ledger and the computer are kept. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people we deal with are other businesses in the supply chain. We’ve been at this spot for quite some years now. The rains can be very heavy in Panoli, and sometimes the road right in front of our gate gets a big puddle. We just put some bricks down so we can walk across and keep going. It’s just honest, hard work in the factory zone. We start early and leave when the shift is done. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We like the routine of it and the folks we work with.
