Radhey Life Science

You can find Radhey Life Science at Plot No. 830/10 in the GIDC Mega Estate. It’s one of those parts of the estate where the plots are lined up one after another. We have a simple setup here. People might hear "life science" and think of something very high-tech and shiny, but our daily reality is a bit more grounded than that. It’s mostly about keeping the workspace clean and following the steps we’ve been using for a long time. We have our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for the flow of our work. It’s not a big corporate building; it’s just a functional space where we get things done. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep the energy up. Our team is small, and we all know each other’s families by now. When a shipment comes in, everyone helps out to unload it, no matter what their title is. We don't have titles that mean much anyway. We just have jobs to do. The Mega Estate is a busy place to be, and sometimes the power fluctuates, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage. We aren’t trying to change the world; we are just trying to make sure the products we send out are what they’re supposed to be. We keep a logbook on the main table and write everything down by hand. It’s how we’ve always done it and it works for us.
