You can find us at B-10 in the Shivdarshan Society. We are located in Tarsadi, which is near the Kosamba railway station. It is a handy location because the trains are always going by, though the noise takes some getting used to. This part of Manglol taluka in the Surat district is quite industrial and busy. Our office is small and tucked into the society, so it’s mostly quiet except for the local traffic. We have a few computers and a lot of paper files that seem to grow every week. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a table that wobbles if you lean on it the wrong way. Most of the time, we are just busy tracking shipments or answering the phone. The floors are simple tile, and we try to keep them clean despite the dust from the road. It feels like a very local operation because we know the security guards and the shopkeepers nearby. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to tell us how to look professional. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. It is a practical way to run a branch. When the work is done, we lock up and head out, usually catching the evening rush at the station.
