General Engg. Works

Our shop, General Engg. Works, is located at A/21 Neelam Nagar Society. We are right on Nandelav Road in Bharuch, very close to the Bhusa Society. Gujarat is a very busy state for engineering, and we’ve been part of it for a good number of years. It’s a small place, mostly just a workshop where we keep our tools and machines. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have any big marketing plans or a team of salesmen. Mostly, people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we do okay work. We fix parts and do basic engineering tasks that people need. It’s just me and a couple of guys most days. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Bharuch can be quite humid, so we try to get the heavy lifting done before noon. We don't have any fancy titles or uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for working with metal. The society is a nice enough place to be based in. We know most of the neighbors and they don't mind the noise too much. We just keep things simple and try to finish our jobs on time. It's an honest way to spend the day and we've been doing it a long time.
