Cedilla Pharma Limited is situated right near the Atul GIDC area in Ankleshwar. If you know anything about this region, you know it’s a big industrial hub. Being in the GIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and plants, so there’s always a lot of industrial activity. It’s a dusty, busy environment, but that’s where the work happens. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Our setup is purely about production and the technical side of the pharma industry. We spend our time managing the floor and making sure the schedules are met. Ankleshwar is a place where people come to work hard, and we are no different. The office is tucked away near the main industrial gates, which makes it easy for the supply trucks to find us. We don’t put much effort into making the place look like a corporate headquarters. It’s a working building. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the roads are a bit rough, but we just deal with it and keep going. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We know the neighbors and we know the area. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't here to impress anyone with big words; we just focus on the pharmaceutical work we’ve been doing for years in this part of Gujarat. We just keep our heads down and get the production finished on time every week.
