Bharat Drug Agency

Bharat Drug Agency is located at Shop No. 32 in Panam Plaza Shopping. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for deliveries to come in and out. The plaza is right opposite the Relief Cinema in the Panch-Batti area. It’s a very central spot. We mostly do wholesale and agency work, so there are always crates and boxes being moved around. The ground floor location is lucky because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators with heavy stock. Panch-Batti is a bustling part of the city. You can always hear the sounds from the cinema and the street traffic. We have been running things from Shop 32 for quite a while now. The inside of the shop is mostly storage. We have desks for the billing and a lot of racks for the different drugs we distribute. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the main road, but we try to keep it tidy. We are not trying to be a fancy retail outlet. We are a working agency. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking invoices against the boxes we receive. We know the other shop owners in Panam Plaza well. It is a busy life but we are used to the pace of Panch-Batti. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out to the local pharmacies.
