Om Stone Industries

We started Om Stone Industries a while ago over at Plot No 258 in the Rikobayana part of the Rigan Industrial Area. It’s mostly just us here every day dealing with the heavy stuff. Cutting stone and moving blocks around is hard work, but we’ve gotten used to the dust and the noise over the years. We didn't really plan on becoming some big thing, we just needed a place to set up the machines where they wouldn't bother too many neighbors. Rigan is a busy spot, especially in our section, so there's always trucks coming and going. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We spend most of our mornings checking the inventory and making sure everything is loaded right. It’s not fancy work, and our office is just a small corner with some chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We’ve been at this same spot for a long time now. People around here know where to find us if they need stone for a project. Most of our day is spent out on the floor rather than sitting down. We like the smell of wet stone and the way the yard looks when it’s full. It gets hot in the summer under the shed roofs, but that’s just how it is in Rikobayana. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. It works for us.
